Para preguntar qué hace una persona debemos escribir:
- What am I doing? (¿Qué estoy haciendo?)
- What is + pronombre personal (he, she, it) + doing?
- What is she doing? She is cooking. (¿Qué está haciendo ella? Ella está cocinando)
- What are + pronombre personal (you, we, they) + doing?
- What are you doing? I am reading. (¿Qué estás haciendo? Estoy leyendo)

- What is my sister doing? She is watching TV. (¿Qué está haciendo mi hermana? Ella está viendo la televisión)

- What is Ted doing? He is washing his car. (¿Qué está haciendo Ted? Él está lavando su automóvil)
- What are you doing? We are cleaning our aparment. (¿Qué están haciendo? Estamos limpiando nuestro apartamento.
- What is Will doing? He is listening to the radio. (¿Qué está haciendo Will? Él está escuchando música)
- What are my cousins doing? They are playing baseball. (¿Qué están haciendo mis primos? Ellos están jugando béisbol)
