Para realizar preguntas con to to be going to se debe escribir el verbo to be antes que el sujeto. El verbo to be se escribe en pasado según el sujeto y solo se escribe el signo de interrogación de cierre:
- Was I going to…? (¿Yo iba a…?)
- Were you going to…? (¿Tú ibas a…?)
- Was he going to…? (¿Él iba a…?)
- Was she going to…? (¿Ella iba a…?)
- Was it going to…? (¿Eso iba a…?)
- Were we going to…? (¿Nosotros íbamos a…?)
- Were you going to…? (¿Usted iba a…?)
- Were they going to…? (¿Ellos iban a…?)
